All eCollege Online courses have a 14-week duration. The course commences on the date the Learner activates the Link sent to the Learner’s email address (this Link is sent to the email address supplied by the Learner on the day of registration with their local Employment office).

This Link must be activated within 10 days of the registration date.

At the end of the 14 weeks the Learner’s record with eCollege (held in the eCollege Client Services System) will be finalised & then updated. The monitoring of the Learner’s progress on the course will cease. However, the Learner will continue to have access to the course/materials for a further 10 weeks ie. 24 weeks in total (6 months).
The Learner will not have access to the course/materials after this 6-month period – the Learner’s record will be archived. If a Learner wishes to avail of further online training they must complete a Guidance Interview with their Intreo/ local Employment Services officer before being referred for another online course.

Unemployed clients can apply for a place by registering in their Intreo / local Employment Services Office.

Employed clients can pay online with their credit cards. Click here to use the online payment system
